Chief Product Manager (LOS,LMS) - Bangalore (Hebbal)

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading the product strategy, innovation, and end-to-end execution of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and customer needs through effective leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and management of complex product lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Drive customer journey digitization from Loan onboarding to disbursement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Prioritize the feature roll outs, improvements and bug resolution timelines and effectively communicate to all stakeholders.
• Define and document credit underwriting workflows, loan origination journeys, approval hierarchies, and disbursement processes.
• Prepare JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional requirements for development teams.
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize to differentiate in the market
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyre successfully achieved
• Provide detailed solution design artifacts to support the build and test delivery phases
• Recommend, conceive & implement enhanced tools/processes to streamline daily support requirements
• Consistently scan the market for best practices, best in class journeys, best in class customer delighter elements etc. and own market intelligence from a customer experience perspective.

Qualifications:

B.E/B. Tech, MBA, PG Diploma

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management roles within Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Lending organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS).

Functional Competencies:

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle (experience in building the product from scratch)
• Strong domain knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FSDs, Use Cases, Process Flows, User Stories, and Wireframes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and SDLC processes.
• Preferred Industry Experience: Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, or other lending institutions with exposure to asset-side lending platforms.
