8. Develop & Implement Digitalization Strategies in HR:
9. Digitalization of KPIs
10. Master Data Governance
11. Use of AI in HR for intelligent and predictive analysis
12. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover.
13. Collaborate with learning and development teams to facilitate skill development and career progression.
14.  Develop and champion DEI strategies and initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Specially to increase the percentage of women in the workforce, especially in leadership and critical roles.
15. Develop and implement strategies to optimize personnel costs while ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement.
16. Drive and lead Company Initiatives like 6S, Kaizen, Quality Circles, TPM, TQM & TOC.
