Chief Operations Officer

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. The candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to achieve organizational goals and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations and overall organizational performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor real estate project execution, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Purchase and Project teams.
• Optimize operational costs, resources and business processes.
• Establish departmental KPIs and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and company policies.
• Identify business growth opportunities and improve profitability.
• Lead senior management teams and ensure accountability across departments.
• Report operational performance and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director.
