Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to achieve business objectives.
  
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including site management, quality control, safety protocols, and risk mitigation.
  
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting on project progress and status updates.
  
• Identify potential issues early on and develop contingency plans to minimize delays or cost overruns.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 25-31 years of experience in civil engineering construction projects with expertise in budgeting, business management, operations planning, strategy execution.
  
• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Civil from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure development projects from concept to completion.
