Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage financial planning and execution for effective resource allocation.
• Coordinate leadership teams and support executive functions.
• Oversee operational activities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Foster strong internal and external communications to maintain a positive brand image.

Job Requirements :

• Preferably experienced in strategic planning, execution, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting is desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills, including team coordination and communication.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in transformation and change management is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of growth strategy, strategic initiatives, and financial strategy is beneficial.
