Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a strategic thought partner and operational leader responsible for amplifying the effectiveness of the COO and executive team. This highly visible role helps set and drive the company's top priorities, fosters alignment across departments, and ensures efficient execution of strategic initiatives. You will serve as a multiplier, enabling leaders to operate at their highest level by owning cross-functional programs, managing executive-level communications, and driving accountability across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the COO and leadership team on annual and quarterly strategic planning.
• Translate high-level goals into operational plans, ensuring company-wide alignment.
• Track and report on progress against key initiatives, OKRs, and board-level goals.

Executive Support & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to the COO, preparing briefings, talking points, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership offsites, and board meeting materials.
• Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Business Operations & Efficiency

• Identify bottlenecks in decision-making, communication, or execution, and solve them.
• Drive cadence for exec team meetings (agendas, follow-ups, accountability).
• Lead special projects or cross-functional task forces on behalf of the COO.

Communication & Culture

• Craft clear, timely internal communications from the executive level (town halls, emails, updates).
• Champion internal alignment on mission, values, and strategic priorities.
• Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 10 -20 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or similar high-impact roles.
• Comfortable & Flexible in Operating US hours (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)
