Chief of Staff

We are looking for a high-calibre Chief of Staff - Founder's Office to work closely with the founders and help drive strategy, execution and key business initiatives as we scale our business.

We're looking for someone ideally from a strategy consulting, startup, corporate strategy, investment banking/VC, or high-growth business environment. The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive projects end-to-end.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience.
• MBA from a leading B-school, preferably with an Engineering/technical undergraduate degree.
• Strong analytical, structured thinking and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in fundraising, investor and stakeholder management.
• Experience working directly with founders.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic and operational priorities.
• Strong project management and execution orientation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high ownership.
• Genuine interest in energy, climate-tech, BESS and the energy transition would be a strong plus and may be a must.
• Energy sector experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Worked in the start-up ecosystem.
• Preferred B. Tech MBA from tier-one colleges and Immediate Joiners with excellent communication skills and experience in start-ups.
