Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Governance & Advisory:

- Business Strategy Alignment: Translate the CBOs long-term commercial vision into actionable multi-department blueprints.

- Industry & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor RBI guidelines, digital lending norms, and co-lending market trends to advise the CBO.

- Executive Proxy: Attend critical management, credit committee, or stakeholder meetings on behalf of the CBO when required.

Business Operations & Performance Tracking:

- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align risk, credit, tech, and operations teams to accelerate product launches or loan disbursements.

- Review Frameworks: Design the structure for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with regional or product heads. Follow up on all the points discussed in meeting and keep the update ready before next meeting.

Key Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

- Partnership Incubation: Oversee initial stages of strategic partnerships with FinTechs, co-lending banks, or digital aggregators.

- Process Transformation: Lead special projects from CBO Office and collaborate with critical stakeholders on same.

Executive Communications & Culture:

- Board & Investor Prep: Author high-impact presentations and memos for the Board of Directors, rating agencies, or prospective investors.

- Internal Communication: Draft pan-organization messages from the CBO office to drive alignment across dispersed branch networks.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management:

- VIP Hospitality: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, banking executives, and regulators visiting the CBO.

- Internal Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with other executive assistants to align leadership schedules.
