Chief of Staff - Operations

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic and operational priorities.
• Drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Coordinate business reviews, meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
• Track operational KPIs, project milestones, and organizational performance.
• Prepare MIS reports, executive dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.
• Support process improvement, business transformation, and digital initiatives.
• Strengthen governance, operational efficiency, and structured review mechanisms.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on strategic matters.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA - Operations / Strategy preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, program management, founder's office, or chief of staff roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• High ownership, execution capability, integrity, and confidentiality.
