Chief of Staff - Finance

We are looking for a high-potential Chief of Staff - Finance to work closely with senior leadership and support strategic financial planning, business performance, and executive decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, along with the ability to coordinate multiple strategic initiatives across Finance and other business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial planning, business reviews, and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
• Track key business and financial KPIs and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Prepare financial models, MIS, dashboards, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams to collect and analyse financial data.
• Support fundraising, banking, investor relations, treasury, and other strategic financial initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects and ensure alignment with business and financial objectives.
• Prepare Board presentations, financial reports, strategic briefs, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with internal and external financial stakeholders.
• Manage multiple strategic and financial initiatives simultaneously with strong follow-through.
• Handle sensitive financial information and strategic documents with a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Required Skills: Financial Planning and Analysis (FP& A), Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, MIS and Financial Reporting, Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Executive Presentations, Business Analytics and Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Project Management.

Ideal Candidate:

• MBA in Finance / Strategy from an IIM - Preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in: Corporate Finance, FP& A, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and business problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High ownership, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
