Chief of Staff Executive Office (On Contract)

We are looking for a high-potential Chief of Staff to work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic and business-critical initiatives.

This is a contract role designed as a strong career opportunity for professionals from a management consulting background who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment before pursuing an MBA in the next 12 years.

The role will provide exposure to senior leadership, strategy, business transformation, cross-functional projects and decision-making,

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the senior leadership team on strategic priorities and business initiatives.
• Support business planning, performance reviews and strategic decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, market trends and competitive developments.
• Develop presentations, business cases, dashboards and executive-level insights.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects.
• Track key initiatives, milestones and action items across functions.
• Identify business challenges and develop structured recommendations.
• Support leadership meetings and prepare agendas, briefing notes and follow-ups.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization to drive execution.
• Take ownership of special projects assigned by senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly looking for candidates with:

• 2–4 years of experience in management/strategy consulting.
• Experience with a leading consulting firm is Mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• High ownership, curiosity and learning agility.
• Interest in pursuing an MBA after approximately 2 years.
