Chief of Staff - Corporate Strategy

- Lead CEO-sponsored strategic and cross-functional projects.

- Translate business priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines and measurable outcomes.

- Coordinate annual plans, budgets, forecasts and business reviews.

- Analyse performance across products, channels, functions and geographies.

- Evaluate and execute new categories, markets, partnerships and expansion opportunities.

- Identify manual processes and drive automation across sales, operations, production, supply chain, finance and customer service.

- Coordinate integration and adoption of ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS and other business systems.

- Create automated dashboards covering revenue, margins, production, inventory, fulfilment, quality and customer experience.

- Ensure accurate, timely MIS and establish a reliable single source of business data.

- Highlight performance gaps, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and track corrective actions.

- Prepare CEO, board and investor review presentations.

- Ensure timely implementation of leadership decisions.
