Chief of Staff - AI Product Strategy & Business Operations

Role Overview:

As the Chief of Staff for AI Product Strategy and Business Operations, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to the Founder, acting as the connective tissue between high-level vision and tactical execution. You will navigate the complex intersection of Generative AI product development and organizational scaling, ensuring that the company's AI roadmap aligns with market demands and operational efficiency. This role involves working directly with the leadership team, engineering heads, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business initiatives, streamline decision-making processes, and oversee the governance of AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate the end-to-end AI product strategy by translating the Founder's vision into actionable roadmaps that ensure competitive differentiation and long-term value creation.

- Lead cross-functional business operations by aligning engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless execution of high-priority initiatives.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, acting as a proxy for the Founder to resolve bottlenecks and facilitate rapid decision-making across departments.

- Design and implement robust AI governance frameworks to ensure that product deployments remain compliant, ethical, and aligned with industry standards.

- Drive organizational transformation by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes that support rapid growth and resource optimization.

- Oversee high-impact programs from inception to delivery, providing the Founder with real-time visibility into project health, risks, and performance metrics.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear business strategies, specifically within the Generative AI and SaaS domains.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence senior leadership and align diverse teams toward a unified objective.

- Proven track record in managing high-growth startup environments, balancing the need for agility with the requirement for structured operational rigor.

- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data-driven insights and translate them into actionable product and business improvements.

- Excellent communication and executive presence, capable of representing the Founder's office in high-stakes internal and external forums.

- A degree from a premier institute is preferred, complemented by 6 - 12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or product operations.

- High degree of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram, where rapid iteration and hands-on problem solving are the norms.
