Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing operations and ensure excellence in patient care, clinical governance, and nursing quality across a large multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing quality, patient safety, and clinical standards.
• Manage manpower planning, staffing, deployment, and productivity.
• Lead nursing recruitment, retention, training, and leadership development.
• Ensure accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality indicator monitoring.
• Improve patient experience and multidisciplinary care coordination.
• Develop and mentor a strong, accountable nursing leadership team.
• Drive nursing operational excellence and continuous quality improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 15 years of nursing experience with significant senior leadership exposure.
• Experience in a large multispecialty or tertiary-care hospital.
• Strong knowledge of nursing administration, NABH accreditation, patient safety, and clinical governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, workforce management, and decision-making skills.
