Chief Marketing Officer

Role Purpose:

Lead and own the overall marketing strategy and brand vision for Royaloak, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact across all channels, categories, and markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the company's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and long-term growth roadmap.

- Own the marketing P&L, including budget planning, allocation, and ROI across all channels.

- Lead brand building, brand communication, and market positioning across furniture, mattress, modular kitchen, and décor categories.

- Drive digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce growth, and offline/retail marketing strategies.

- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide product, pricing, and expansion strategies.

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, category marketing, and creative functions.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and category teams to align marketing initiatives with business and revenue targets.

- Oversee new market entry, regional campaign strategy, and franchise marketing support.

- Drive customer experience, loyalty, and retention programs to strengthen brand equity.

- Represent the brand externally - media, partnerships, industry forums, and stakeholder engagement.

- Report directly to the CEO/Board on marketing performance, brand health, and growth metrics.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field from a reputed institute.

Experience:

15 - 20+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in retail, furniture, home décor, FMCG or consumer durables sectors.
