Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM Marketing preferred
Experience: 15–20 years in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industry, with significant experience in a senior marketing/business development role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Group's marketing and business development strategy.
• Identify new markets, customers, products and business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Develop sales targets, market plans and revenue-growth strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and long-term business relationships.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations and major customer engagements.
• Develop the Group's brand positioning and market presence.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

Common Leadership Expectations

Candidates for all three positions should have:

• Proven experience in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industries.
• Experience of managing large teams and multiple locations/units.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work closely with the Promoters, Board and Senior Management.
• Willingness to be based at the Sahuwala Group Head Office, Visakhapatnam and travel to Group units as required.Role & responsibilities
