Role Overview:

The Chief Manager of Product & Strategy will serve as a pivotal leader responsible for driving the company's product roadmap and long-term business strategy. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product offerings. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's competitive positioning, ensuring that our financial products remain relevant, profitable, and aligned with the evolving needs of the housing finance market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product development, from conceptualization to market launch, to expand the company's portfolio and revenue streams.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and gaps in the housing finance landscape.

- Utilize business intelligence and data analytics to monitor product performance, optimize pricing models, and improve overall portfolio health.

- Formulate and execute corporate strategy initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the company's growth objectives.

- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring seamless integration across sales and distribution channels.

- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to streamline product delivery and enhance the digital customer experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in product management and strategic planning within the banking or financial services industry.

- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into strategic business recommendations.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.

- A postgraduate degree in Management from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at our Bangalore corporate office, fostering collaboration and team engagement.

- 10 to 25 years of professional experience in product strategy, business development, or corporate planning roles.
