Qualification: LL.B. from a recognised universityRole OverviewWe are seeking a legal professional with 10+ years of experience, ideally with 5 years in a reputed law firm and 5 years in a corporate legal function, specialising in M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal due diligence, documentation, negotiations, and execution of M&A transactions.
• Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and strategic partnership contracts.
• Manage commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, service, and licensing agreements.
• Provide legal advisory on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions.
• Identify legal risks and ensure appropriate mitigation across transactions and contracts.
• Partner with business, finance, and external legal counsel to support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of legal experience across law firms and corporate legal teams.
• Strong expertise in M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracting.
• Sound knowledge of Indian corporate laws and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
