Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for contact center roles, ensuring timely delivery of talent acquisition goals.
  
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top candidates across various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals).
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the entire recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources or related field with expertise in BPO bulk hiring/recruitment management.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects from start to finish.
  
• Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) software for tracking candidate flow.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (operations, training, quality assurance).
