Financial Planning & Forecasting
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Budgeting, Rolling Forecast, and Long-Range Planning
processes across the Group.
• Consolidate budgets and forecasts from various business units and ensure alignment with
organizational objectives.
• Drive monthly forecast consolidation, reviews and identify risks, opportunities, and
mitigation plans.
Management Reporting & Business Performance
• Prepare and present monthly management reports covering Consolidated and Corporatelevel P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital, and Key Business KPIs.
• Develop insightful variance analysis against Budget, Forecast and Prior Year performance.
• Generate executive-level dashboards and presentations for Management Committee, CFO
and Leadership Team.

Business Partnering, Financial Modelling & Analytics
• Review BU MIS and provide financial insights on business performance, margin / EBITDA /
profitability enhancement and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market intelligence, and industry trend analysis to
support decision-making.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for business case evaluations, capital investments
and strategic decision-making.
Cost Optimization & Value Creation
• Monitor cost-saving programs and ensure achievement of targeted benefits.
• Drive SG&A optimization and productivity improvement initiatives across corporate
functions and business units.

 7 Knowledge of Business Process wrt FP&A 

 8 Strict Timelines discipline, Ability to work under pressure 

 9 Strong financial modelling skills, including financial projections and integrated financial statements. 

 11 Understanding of DCF valuation, comparable company analysis and valuation methodologies. 

 12 Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, scenario planning and further analysis. 

 13 Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to validate financial models.

 14 Ability to interpret financial data, assess business performance and prepare investment analysis and management presentations.
