Chief Manager D365 Enterprise Applications

Role Overview
We are looking for a senior technology leader to manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise application initiatives. The role will lead D365/ERP projects, enterprise application transformation, and people management while partnering closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.
• Manage end-to-end D365/ERP projects from requirements through implementation and stabilization.
• Partner with business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Drive enterprise application integration, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage application roadmap, project priorities, budgets, vendors, and delivery timelines.
• Lead and mentor the enterprise applications team, with responsibility for people management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, and external implementation partners.
• Ensure application performance, governance, security, and compliance.
• Required Experience & Skills
• 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications / ERP.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing D365/ERP transformation and implementation projects.
• Proven people management and stakeholder management experience.Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
