• Develop and execute a PAN-India business acquisition strategy for corporate onsite childcare solutions.
• Identify and strategically target prospective corporate clients across key industries and markets.
• Lead focused outreach campaigns to decision-makers across HR, Administration, Facilities, Procurement and Employee Benefits functions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent movement across the sales funnel.
• Understand each organisation’s workforce profile, location requirements and childcare needs to develop customised solutions.
• Prepare compelling pitches, proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements and Vivero’s service capabilities.
• Conduct structured follow-ups, schedule meetings and manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to design viable operating models, commercial proposals and implementation plans.
• Lead client presentations, site discussions, commercial negotiations and contract-closure activities.
• Maintain accurate lead data, outreach records, opportunity status and acquisition MIS.
• Track outreach effectiveness, pipeline health, proposal conversions and new-business revenue against defined targets.
• Build strong relationships with key corporate stakeholders to facilitate closures and identify future expansion opportunities.
• Ensure the seamless handover of newly acquired accounts to the Operations and Client Relationship teams for implementation.
