-Promotion of Partners/agents

Business Parameters

-Meet the budgeted business numbers

-Maintain minimum Persistency of 85%

-Coach & Train Agency to work Independently & Digitally

-Create contributing life advisors

-Initiatives to improve Partner Income

-Periodic meeting of Partners & Life advisors

-Support Agency with all relevant report & MIS
