Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch business and achieve sales targets through the APC Channel. Recruit, train, and develop Agency Partners, Business Associates, and frontline sales teams.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to maximize productivity.
• Generate quality business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Ensure branch profitability, persistency, and renewal premium collection.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, field visits, and joint calls with team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers, advisors, and local business networks.
• Monitor branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
