Job Summary

A Chief Male Warden is responsible for the overall safety, security, and well-being of male residents, enforcing rules, managing staff, and ensuring smooth hostel operations.

Responsibilities

• Control and regulate hostel related activities in the assigned hostel/area
• Solve the day to day problems/issues that may arise in the hostel
• Maintain record of attendance in the hostel
• Monitoring issues and grievances of the trainees
• Maintain proper documentation of all the students residing in hostel
• Ensure the maintenance of discipline in and around the hostel
• Responsibilities for general welfare of students in the hostel
• Ensure quality and hygiene of the mess facility in the hostel
• Ensure discipline should be maintained and friendly environment is very essential part of hostel Warden
• Ensure safety and security of the students in the hostel

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of previous work experience in educational Institution is preferred
• Retired Ex Army Officer is preferred
• Previous experience as a Hostel Warden preferred.

Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have excellent convincing and counselling
• Good communication skill
• Self-motivated
• Passionate

Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience

Total work: 7+ years (Preferred)
