Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to real estate transactions.
  
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and property laws.
  
• Manage legal operations, including litigation matters and non-litigation issues.
  
• Oversee all aspects of legal management within the organization.
  
• Provide expert advice on drafting agreements, legal documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in a similar role or industry (real estate).
  
• LLM degree from a recognized university (other specialization preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of drafting agreements, legal documentation, legal operations, legal management, legal compliance, property laws, RERA regulations.
