Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall HR function, including HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
