Chief HR Officer (CHRO)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR / MSW / equivalent
Experience: 15–20 years, preferably with significant experience as Head HR / CHRO in a manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Group-wide HR strategy, organisation development and manpower planning.
• Develop HR policies and systems across multiple manufacturing units.
• Talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and retention.
• Performance management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.
• Industrial relations, labour-law compliance and employee relations.
• Develop HR MIS, HR analytics and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Drive organisational culture, employee ownership and leadership development.
• Manage senior-level recruitment and workforce planning for new projects/expansions.
• Lead HR teams across multiple locations and ensure uniform implementation of Group HR policies.
