Chief Human Resource Officer

• Lead the overall Human Resources function and develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision, business objectives, and growth plans.
• Drive Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Employee Relations across the organization.
• Partner with the CEO, Board Members, and Business Heads to build a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
• Develop workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and talent retention strategies.
• Oversee recruitment and manpower planning for corporate, technical, sales, operational, and leadership roles.
• Lead organizational transformation, culture-building initiatives, change management programs, and employee engagement strategies.
• Design and implement Performance Management Systems (PMS), competency frameworks, career progression plans, and leadership pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, POSH requirements, industrial relations policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee compensation benchmarking, rewards & recognition programs, employee wellness initiatives, and HR budgeting.
• Drive HR digital transformation through HRMS, analytics, automation, AI adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor key HR metrics including attrition, productivity, hiring effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and workforce costs.
• Establish HR policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Build strong employer branding initiatives and position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
• Represent HR at the executive leadership level and provide strategic guidance on people-related decisions and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
