Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver payroll accuracy, compliance and back-office productivity.
• Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and identify talent gaps.
• Strengthen employer branding and external talent pipelines.
• Complete appraisals, employee engagement and recognition cycles on schedule.
• Leverage HR analytics to generate predictive insights on employee retention, productivity and attrition.
• Maintain retention rates aligned with business targets.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Establish and enforce fair and transparent grievance procedures.
• Manage HR budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure implementation of all HR-related NABH standards and regulatory requirements.
• Create systems and initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, resilience and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 17 to 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success leading organization-wide transformation involving culture, leadership effectiveness and performance management.
• Experience driving organizational effectiveness, succession planning and leadership development.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead multiple transformative initiatives during the course of a career.
• Experience working within founder-led, mission-driven or values-based organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
