Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, finance, fund raising, investor relations, corporate finance, capital structuring, debt restructuring, and venture capital.
  
• Manage cash flow projections and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  
• Develop strategies for fundraising through various means (equity/debt) to support business growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in finance leadership roles within a manufacturing company..
  
• Strong background in accountancy, auditing, budgeting & forecasting; knowledge of taxation laws preferred.
