Chief Financial Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to serve as the Chief Financial Officer based in Noida, responsible for steering the company's fiscal strategy and long-term economic health. In this capacity, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, overseeing the entire finance function while ensuring robust governance and operational efficiency.

You will lead high-performing finance teams, collaborate closely with cross-functional department heads, and engage with external investors and financial institutions. Your leadership will directly influence the company's growth trajectory, ensuring that our financial architecture supports ambitious scaling objectives and sustainable profitability in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead comprehensive fundraising initiatives by engaging with private equity, venture capital, and banking partners to secure the capital necessary for aggressive business expansion.

- Oversee the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process to provide the leadership team with actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and resource allocation.

- Implement and maintain rigorous internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate enterprise-wide financial risks.

- Direct the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting to provide stakeholders and the Board with a transparent view of the company's performance and market position.

- Optimize capital structure and cash flow management to ensure liquidity and maximize shareholder value across all business units.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial operations, with a proven track record of successfully closing funding rounds and managing investor relations.

- Exceptional ability to translate intricate financial data into strategic narratives that influence executive-level stakeholders and drive organizational change.

- Strong leadership capabilities to mentor diverse finance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and high performance.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, typically supported by a CA or MBA from a premier institute.

- High degree of adaptability to an on-site work environment in Noida, coupled with the agility to navigate the fast-paced demands of a growing organization.

- 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with a deep understanding of scaling financial systems in high-growth environments.
