Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's iron & steel business.
  
• Manage cash flow, working capital management, and fund raising strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to corporate finance.
  
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in accountancy or a related field (CA preferred).
  
• Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions such as IPOs or mergers & acquisitions.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
