Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of a leading telecommunications organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive P&L, profitability, cash flow, cost optimization, and financial performance.
• Oversee treasury, taxation, audit, compliance, and financial controls.
  Manage CAPEX, investments, funding, and financial risk.
  Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership.
• Support business growth, expansion, M&A, and strategic initiatives.
  Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of finance experience, with significant senior leadership exposure.
• Previous experience as CFO / Finance Director / VP Finance preferred.
• Strong experience in Telecom, ICT, Technology, ISP, or Infrastructure industries.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, investment, and P&L management.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior management, Board, investors, banks, and regulators.
