Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function at our corporate office in Magarwara, Unnao, with a primary focus on IPO preparation, execution, and post-listing compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IPO readiness, financial reporting, due diligence, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, investor relations, and coordination with SEBI, stock exchanges, merchant bankers, auditors, legal advisors, and other professional advisors.

The CFO will play a key leadership role in driving the companys financial strategy and ensuring that all financial systems, controls, reporting processes, and documentation are fully aligned with the requirements of a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Other Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function of the organisation.

2. Develop financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.

3. Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, inventory and payables.

4. Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, LC/BG, working capital limits and term finance.

5. Oversee product costing, manufacturing costing, cost control and profitability analysis.

6. Ensure timely MIS, financial reporting and management dashboards.

7. Oversee GST, Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.

8. Strengthen internal financial controls, systems and processes.

9. Monitor CAPEX, project costs and financial performance of manufacturing operations.

10. Provide financial insights and strategic inputs to the MD/Board.

11. Lead and develop the Finance, Accounts, Commercial and Treasury teams.

12. Drive SAP improvements and financial automation.

13. Ensure effective risk management and corporate governance.
