Qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA – Mandatory

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles such as CFO / Finance Director / Financial Controller.
• Previous Africa experience is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, treasury, working capital, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in ERP, internal controls, audits, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
• Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, gold, and other investment avenues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
