Role & responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Accounts management (long term, short term)

• Funds (cash flow) Management, Trend analysis and Risk assessment
• Budgeting & Forecasting (laying down budgetary control mechanism)
• Achieve financial targets consistently (EBITDA, PBT, PAT, etc)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Treasury and Working Capital Management
• Maintain/develop Banking & Lender Relations, Investor relations
• Trade Finance (LC, BG, Import/Export Finance)
• MIS & Board Reporting
• Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Audit Management
• Maintain regulatory Compliances (audits) and internal controls
• Cost controls, margins/profitability management (good finance health) & Business Partnering/Stakeholder Management
• Investment Evaluation & Capital Allocation

• Preferred candidate profile

Should be CA

Should have managed/has exposure to finance management of a listed company.

Preferred if nearby to Kalyan location/Ambivli location.
