Chief Financial Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, finance, treasury, and risk management functions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Provide strategic guidance on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other major capital investments.

Job Requirements :

• 15-22 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial planning, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of driving business results through effective financial management practices.
