Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership in the engineering & construction industry.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners to identify new opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence through process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and talent development programs.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in top management or CXO roles within the engineering & construction industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of corporate planning principles and ability to develop comprehensive plans for long-term success.
• Excellent profiling skills with ability to build high-performing teams by identifying talent gaps and developing targeted recruitment strategies.
