We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall growth, strategy, operations and profitability of our IT company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's vision, mission and long-term strategy

• Drive revenue growth, profitability and business performance

• Develop strategic relationships with clients and partners

• Lead business development, sales, delivery and operations

• Identify new markets, services, technologies and growth opportunities

• Build and strengthen the leadership team and organizational culture

• Establish and monitor business KPIs

• Ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Lead major negotiations and strategic partnerships

• Evaluate investments, acquisitions and expansion opportunities

• Work closely with the Board/Promoters on strategic decisions

• Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Significant leadership experience in an IT/software services organization preferred

• Proven track record of business growth and revenue generation

• Strong understanding of IT services, technology and digital transformation

• Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making skills

• Strong financial and commercial understanding

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
