Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall business operations and operational strategy.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across business functions.
• Drive business growth and ensure achievement of organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor senior leadership and operational teams.
• Monitor budgets, costs, revenue, and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
• Provide strategic insights and regular performance updates to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 15 to 23 years of strong leadership and operations experience.
• Proven experience in a senior operational/leadership role.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Candidates from Hotels, Restaurants, or Hospitality industries are also preferred.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
