Role & responsibilities :

• Extensive senior leadership experience (18- 25 years) within construction, project management, QA/QC, construction technology, or related sectors
• Strong technical expertise complemented by sound business acumen
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute organizational strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements
• Proven capability in stakeholder management, business development, and cross-functional leadership
