BeyondWater is a clean-technology company transforming access to sustainable drinking water through advanced Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG). From its Dubai headquarters, the company serves governments, enterprises, NGOs and commercial customers, with active expansion across the Middle East, Africa, India, Europe and North America. BeyondWater is moving from early commercial traction to global scale, and is seeking a CEO to lead that transition.

Today, the Group is engaged, globally, in providing integrated, systems-based solutions in the fields of Energy, Secure Technologies, Infrastructure and Hospitality. The Group has a vast presence in India, Dubai, Africa, which continues to be our primary market, with mission critical, large-scale operations spanning the continent from Nigeria to Uganda, the Republic of Niger, Burundi, Congo DRC and Southern Sudan.

Role Summary:

The CEO will own the companys global commercial strategy, revenue growth, capital agenda and operational build-out. This is a scale-up mandate, not a caretaker role. The Board is seeking an entrepreneurial operator who has taken an international technology or infrastructure business through rapid growth, institutional fundraising and multi-market expansion.

Candidate Profile:

Entrepreneurial executive with strong strategic, commercial and operational leadership experience and a proven ability to scale international businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Strategy & Growth:

- Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy in alignment with Board objectives and global market opportunity.

- Drive B2G and B2B business development: build a robust pipeline of government tenders, enterprise agreements and long-term concessions, and lead negotiations to close.

- Establish and deepen relationships with governments, multilaterals, NGOs, EPC contractors, distributors and strategic partners across target regions, including Africa and India where water-access demand is strongest.

II. Capital & Financial Performance:

- Lead fundraising and investor relations: prepare the company for and execute institutional and strategic capital raises, and maintain disciplined capital allocation.

- Own the P&L: drive profitability, unit economics and sustainable financial performance with strong corporate governance and reporting to the Board.

III. Operations & Organisation:

- Build scalable processes across sales, delivery, supply chain and after-sales service; work with technology and manufacturing partners to ensure production capacity, quality and cost targets support the growth plan.

- Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing, diverse leadership team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability and execution.

- Serve as the companys ambassador with the Board, investors, governments, customers and industry forums; position BeyondWater as a global leader in sustainable water technology.

Job Essentials:

- 15+ years of progressive experience, including 8+ years in senior executive leadership with full P&L ownership.

- Proven track record scaling an international B2G/B2B business in water, HVAC, environmental technology, infrastructure or an adjacent sector.

- Demonstrated success raising institutional or strategic capital and managing investor and Board relationships.

- Direct experience winning and delivering government contracts and large enterprise agreements; comfort operating across emerging and developed markets (Middle East, Africa, India, Europe, North America).

- Experience establishing strategic alliances, distribution networks and channel partnerships across multiple geographies.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business; MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.

- Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style suited to a scale-up environment; willingness to travel extensively.

Success Measures (First 2436 months):

- Contracted revenue growth and a qualified B2G/B2B pipeline across priority markets.

- A scaled leadership team and operating model capable of supporting multi-region delivery.

- Successful closing of the companys next capital raise on Board-approved terms (Next 12-24 months)
