Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance margins in the automobile industry.
• Oversee P&L management, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to achieve business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize operations, and increase efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 15-30 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the automobile industry or related field.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation & Amortization) analysis and ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Excellent PNL management skills with experience managing large budgets and complex financial transactions.
