Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a reputed Construction Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing construction operations, ensuring efficient project execution, managing financial performance, and achieving long-term organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals, revenue growth, and profitability.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive the company's long-term growth.

- Establish business plans, strategic priorities, and performance objectives.

2. Leadership & Team Management

- Lead senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams.

- Build a high-performance work culture focused on accountability and results.

- Ensure effective coordination and communication across all departments.

3. Construction & Project Management

- Oversee multiple construction projects to ensure timely execution, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgets, and operational performance.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.

4. Financial Management & Profitability

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and cost management.

- Monitor project profitability and overall financial performance.

- Implement measures to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.

5. Business Development & Client Relations

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, contractors, consultants, and strategic partners.

- Lead key negotiations and support major business development initiatives.

6. Operational Encexcelle

- Establish effective systems, processes, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms.

- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.

- Review departmental performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

7. Legal Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations, labour laws, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

- Identify and manage financial, operational, project-related, and business risks.

- Implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.

8. Stakeholder Management & Governance

- Maintain effective relationships with promoters, investors, clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

- Provide regular updates on business performance, project progress, and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making across the organization.

Candidate Requirements

- 15-20 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in senior leadership roles.

- Proven experience in the Construction or Real Estate industry is essential.

- Strong understanding of construction operations, project execution, financial management, and business development.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, multiple projects, and complex business operations.

- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
