Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and operational direction for Think PC Tech in an on-site, full-time role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for defining and executing the company's vision, setting organizational goals, and overseeing business growth, partnerships, and market positioning. The CEO will manage senior leaders across functions such as training, operations, marketing, and human resources, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient delivery of internship and training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, making data-informed decisions, guiding budget and resource allocation, and representing the company in external meetings and stakeholder engagements. The CEO will also foster an inclusive culture that supports innovation, continuous improvement, and learner success.
Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of setting and achieving long-term goals.
• Experience in education, training, internships, or related sectors, preferably with exposure to social media marketing or human resources domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build partnerships and represent the organization externally.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization to support sustainable scaling of operations.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly beneficial.
