CTC : 12 to 14 LPA

EDUCATION : DIP /B.E (ELECTRICAL / CIVIL)

EXPERIENCE : 20 to 25 YRS( HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE PREFERED)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering, maintenance, and technical teams (civil, electrical, and utility staff) to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Workforce Deployment and effective utilization of resources.
• Monitor staff performance.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of new construction and facility expansion projects.
• Supervise the installation, inspection, and upkeep of all civil and structural works across the premises.
• Coordinate day-to-day work schedules and resource deployment for the swift execution of civil repairs and maintenance breakdowns.
• Implement and oversee robust preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical installations to mitigate downtime.
