Chief Compliance Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, company policies, and industry standards in the AMC sector.
• Develop and implement effective audit compliance processes to identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of compliance across all business units.
• Conduct regular reviews of audit reports, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for remediation.

Job Requirements :

• 10-17 years of experience in audit compliance or related field (AMC).
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and their application in the AMC sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective audit compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
