Chemist - Pilot Plant / Production

Key Responsibilities

• Execute pilot plant and production batches as per approved procedures and batch records.
• Monitor process parameters, reactions and equipment operations during batches.
• Perform sampling and coordinate with QC for in-process and finished product analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and SOP requirements.
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks and production documentation.
• Support process troubleshooting and optimization during manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering and EHS teams.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, equipment cleaning and safe handling of chemical. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Tech. Chemical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of chemical reactions, unit operations and process parameters.
• Willingness to work in a plant environment and rotational shifts.
• Good understanding of GMP, safety and documentation practices.
• Good communication, learning ability and a hands-on approach.

Freshers : Diploma Chemical, B. Sc- Chemistry or B.Tech. - Chemical , can apply for Trainee.
