Chemist - Petroleum Products

Job Description

We are looking for a Chemist with experience and knowledge in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, Fuel or Specialty Chemical industry for our R&D and Quality Control operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Chemical formulation and product development.
• Conduct R&D, laboratory trials and product improvement activities.
• Develop and optimize formulations as per product specifications and customer requirements.
• Conduct testing and analysis of petroleum and specialty products
• Operate and handle various analytical and laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results and prepare test reports.
• Conduct raw material and finished product testing.
• Maintain laboratory records, SOPs and test documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for product development and quality improvement.
• Ensure proper chemical handling, laboratory safety and equipment maintenance.
